Customer Care Officer NL/FR
- You receive and process requests from our customers, both by telephone and by e-mail. The applications are very varied: from support for starting customers, through billing questions to technical support for our affiliated traders. All this gives you a very varied interpretation of your duties;
- You help customers with the processing of their orders, you complete the customer file and you look for the appropriate solution to the customer's problems or complaints. You work closely with dyour colleagues and other services to find the best solution for the customer;
- You also provide support to the merchants who offer our payment solutions. You process the requests and contracts and ensure that their payment terminal is activated within the agreed period. You solve technical problems in collaboration with our various partners;
- You send commercial applications to commercial colleagues in an appropriate way.
- Analytical and problem-solving: you listen and understand the customer's demand. You find the right solution;
- Bilingual: you can easily speak to the customer in both national languages and help them further;
- Customer focus;
- You are communicative and commercial. You go 100% for your customer;
- You can prepare e-mails correctly, again in the two national languages;
- Stress resistant: you can deal with unsatisfied customers. You handle their complaints in a calm and correct manner;
- Proactive: you do not hesitate to contact the customer yourself when you detect an anomaly or simply to efficiently solve the customer's problem
