For our client, active in service provision, we are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator to strengthen their team from September 16, 2019.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator you are part of the team that is responsible for the creation of commercial quotes. Your main task is to coordinate, structure, elaborate the commercial offers and other commercial supports (with or without specifications) and put them in the right layout. This in close cooperation with the commercial managers as well as with the various support departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, ...). Your duties include:

  • In close cooperation with the commercial manager, your mission is to ensure the process of creating a commercial quotation from A to Z;
  • You provide all necessary supports (electronic or paper) in every commercial phase (pre-sales, candidatures, etc.);
  • You coordinate and collect the necessary documents for the proper preparation of your file and this in collaboration with the various departments and taking into account the deadlines;
  • You check the accuracy, reliability and updates of the processed data;
  • You manage the administrative part (certificates, certificates, declarations, etc.) during the tendering and tenders process;
  • After approval from the commercial manager, you ensure that the quotation is finalized taking into account the deadline imposed;

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (Communication, Marketing, Trade, etc.);
  • You have just graduated or you already have a first experience in the commercial domain;
  • You are autonomous, well organized, flexible and you can easily work with deadlines;
  • You work accurately and are creative;
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint) and the InDesign tool;
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French (oral and written);
  • You have a very good spelling;
