Internal Account Manager NL/FR for services company in Brussels (m/f)


Job description

For one of our clients, a services company located in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Internal Account Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • prospecting new clients by phone;
  • qualifying the type of prospect following specific criteria;
  • building up client relationships;
  • driving the entire sales cycle from "awareness" to "closure";
  • preparing and sending quotations and ensuring good follow-up;
  • managing the sales funnel;
  • achieving monthly sales targets;
  • converting sales & marketing generated leads and campaigns;
  • complying with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirements;

Your profile

The ideal candidate matches following criteria:

  • you possess a Bachelor degree and have 2-3 years of experience in internal sales;
  • you have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and Dutch;
  • you demonstrate a strong commercial mind-set, independency and organisational skills;
  • you have a high sense of accountability and are results-driven;
  • you are customer-focused, perseverant, flexible and proactive;
  • you work well in team and are willing to learn;
  • you have good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office tools;
  • knowledge of English is an asset;
  • ideally, you are familiar with Salesforce;
