Job description

As Management Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and organisational support for some partners.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Follow-up and manage correspondence
  • Archive documents (digital & paper)
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare and follow-up invoices (in process)
  • Follow-up timesheets
  • Opening and closing files
  • Back-up other assistants or receptionists when needed
  • Keep the database up-to-date
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile

  • Bachelor or relevant experience (experience in a law firm is a plus)
  • You have a very good level of Dutch and French (spoken & written)
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are a team player, but can also be independent
  • You are communicative, reliable and discreet
  • You are dynamic and good in time management
