Due to a maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary Project Administration Officer.

Project Administration Officer – NL/ENG + FR

As a PAO you will strengthen our Financial & Shared services back office team, with responsibilities including project administration, pre-& post- analysis, monitoring and client invoicing.

Role description

  • Responsible for setting up new projects and data input and in our project management software;
  • Responsible for Data cleansing in SFDC and Timewax;
  • Ensure and maintain complete and accurate records for all our projects;
  • Evaluate processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports;
  • Prepare (financial) reports and review for accuracy;
  • Responsible for sending out the invoices and monitoring project invoicing plans and procedures effectively;
  • Responsible for monitoring, pre-& post analysis of project data for BENELUX entities;
  • Resolve issues related to project invoicing errors or discrepancies;
  • Follow up on client communication concerning project invoicing;
  • During the full process, you establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with project

Your profile


  • You obtained a bachelor or master’s degree in finance/administration
  • You have 2-5 years of working experience in a consulting environment
  • You are punctual, quality driven and very well organized
  • You are able to work towards tight reporting deadlines
  • You have a client centric mindset
  • You communicate clearly and assertively towards colleagues and clients
  • Experience with Salesforce, Timewax, and good knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • General interest in Project and Finance related reporting processes
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and (ideally) are able to communicate in French as well.

De Projectmanagers nemen ook de dataverwerking voor de interne en externe rapportering van de inzamelings- en verwerkingsoperaties voor hun rekening. Dit geldt ook voor de organisatie en opvolging van steekproefanalyses van de opgehaalde fracties e-waste (AEEA). Dat jouw job even gevarieerd is, staat dus vast.
