Travel Coordinator (m/f)


Job description

  • Manage all travels for the teams of the company and external parties that are active on their events;
  • Book plane, train, bus tickets, rental cars, planning shuttle services, make hotel reservations, negotiate best rates with hotels;
  • Manage the logistics for transport of artists, invitees for specific events;
  • Arrange visas and other formalities required for travels;
  • Possibility to accompany teams abroad if necessary;
  • Keep an eye on the budget given and policies related to every project;
  • Communicate budget reconciliation to the Chef of Projects;
  • Manage suppliers invoices in collaboration with the accounting department of the company;

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in travel organisation (travel agency or handling travels in a corporate environment);
  • OR you have experience in meeting and events coordination with extensive logistics organisation;
  • You are stress resistant, with a flexible mind-set both on content and working hours;
  • You work well in team, have a fluid communication and a good sense of organisation;
  • You are solutions-minded with a good sense of humor;
  • You work well independently;
  • You have good knowledge of Excel and Google Drive;
  • You have excellent written and oral skills in English;
  • Other languages such as Italian or Dutch are nice to have;
