For our client, a small organisation of six people in Dilbeek, we are urgently looking for a driven Office Manager. In this role you are responsible for the daily operations of the office, both strategically and operationally. You are a proactive jack-of-all-trades and the right hand for the Managing Partner.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for digitising all administration of the organisation;
  • You liaise with the social secretariat and take care of the communication and information flow with them regarding everythng HR;
  • You follow-up on all HR administration of employees and you are responsible for prevention and protection at work;
  • You coordinate projects: events (both internal and external), office design, building maintenance, and other matters from A to Z;
  • You are responsible for keeping track of financial transactions: bookings, expenses, payments, etc;
  • You take responsibility for the facilities of the building: handyman, cleaning team, suppliers, inventory management, etc;
  • You take care of the general secretariat of the office: welcoming visitors, keeping agendas, handling mail and e-mails, following up files and handling on administrative level, rankings, etc;
  • You have the potential to take over the communication and marketing of the organisation on social media and other channels in the long term;
  • You also want to participate in Business Development in the long term and to look for new opportunities for the organisation;

Your profile

  • An administrative ninja with a sense of initiative and innovation;
  • A dynamic person with a triggering personality that inspires everyone in the organisation to take part in the change and adaptation of the company;
  • You already have relevant experience in a similar role within a small organisation or you feel like making the transition to a smaller company where you can really make a difference as a person;
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
  • You like to work analytically, with numbers and with people;
  • You like challenges and you are both a thinker and a doer;
  • You are quickly available to ensure a smooth transition;
  • Working with different computer programs does not deter you and you are process-oriented in your approach;
  • You like both strategic and operational tasks;
