Job description

  • You welcome clients: on the phone, at the reception and during the meetings and seminars
  • You manage general administrative tasks: opening and closing files, manage mailbox, etc.
  • You are responsible for managing the office: Manage meeting rooms, office supplies and archives
  • You support the Business Development: Support in managing databases (prospects and clients), keep the website up to date, prepare newsletters, organise client seminaries, participate in several business Development projects
  • You draft the layout for: documents, newsletters, presentations and commercial leaflets
  • You organise several internal activities and seminars

Your profile

  • You are able to multitask at a fast pace
  • You have sense of organisation
  • You can work autonomously and responsibly
  • You have a professional mind-set
  • You are able to set priorities & have eye for detail
  • You are a fast-learner and have a good knowledge of software programs (Office 365, Adobe, …)
  • You are multilingual (FR, NL, ENG) with excellent writing skills in at least one of these languages
